摘要
目的分析认知行为护理对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法随机抽取160例血液透析患者作为此次研究对象,病例起止时间为2018年10月-2019年10月,160例患者分组方法为随机数字表法,即观察组和对照组,每组例数80例。对照组实施基础护理,观察组实施认知行为护理,比对组间生活质量。结果护理前观察组和对照组患者健康情况、躯体疾病、生理职能、情感职能和社会职能评分经对比,组间数据比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后组间数据对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者采用认知行为护理有助于自身生活质量提升。
Objective This report aims to analyze the effect of cognitive behavior nursing on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 160 hemodialysis patients were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The starting and ending time of the patients was from October 2018 to October 2019.The grouping method of 160 patients was random number table method,i.e.observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.Basic nursing was carried out in the control group,cognitive behavior nursing was carried out in the observation group,and quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results After comparing the scores of health,physical disease,physiological function,emotional function and social function between the observation group and the control group before nursing,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);after nursing,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior nursing can improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.
