摘要
肾衰竭是一种慢性肾脏疾病发展为末期的症状表现,属于泌尿系统疾病的范畴,临床上常用血液透析治疗,通过透析来实现血液净化,以改善肾脏功能。在透析治疗的过程中,护理的有效性也会对血液透析治疗效果产生直接影响。因此,本文从血液透析治疗的前、中、后期三个阶段分别入手,结合现有资料,对血液透析护理的研究进展进行综述分析,并探讨未来的研究方向。
Renal failure is a symptom of chronic kidney disease at the end of the development,which belongs to the category of urinary system diseases.The common treatment method in clinic is hemodialysis,which can achieve blood purification through dialysis,so as to improve renal function.In the process of dialysis treatment,the effectiveness of nursing will also have a direct impact on the effect of hemodialysis treatment.Therefore,combined with the existing research data,starting from the pre-,mid-,and late stages of hemodialysis treatment,the research progress of hemodialysis nursing was reviewed and analyzed,and its future research direction was discussed.
