摘要
目的探讨内瘘护理专项健康教育对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者健康知识掌握及自护能力的影响。方法选择2019年6月-2020年5月进入我院接受MHD治疗的66例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组33例。对照组进行常规宣教护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行内瘘护理专项健康教育,均干预3个月,比较两组干预前及干预3个月结束时健康知识掌握能力、自护能力。结果干预3个月结束时,两组健康知识掌握度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月结束时,两组自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分均高于干预前,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内瘘护理专项健康教育可提高MHD患者的健康知识掌握度和自护能力。
Objective This paper aims to explore the effect of special health education for internal fistula nursing on the mastery of health knowledge and self-care ability of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods A total of 66 patients who entered our hospital for MHD treatment from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group based on the random number table method.The control group received routine education and nursing,and the observation group carried out special health education on internal fistula nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.The two groups were compared before and at the end of the intervention.Results At the end of the intervention for 3 months,the health knowledge mastery scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the end of the intervention for 3 months,the two groups of self The ESCA scores were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Special health education for internal fistula nursing can improve the health knowledge of patients with MHD and their self-care ability.
