摘要
目的探讨参附注射液对冠心病合并透析患者心肌功能及肾功能的保护作用。方法选取我院2019年6月至2020年6月68例冠心病合并透析患者,以随机数表法将其分为观察组(参附注射液治疗,n=34)和对照组(常规治疗,n=34)。比较两组cTnⅠ、CK-MB、SCr、BUN水平。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后cTnⅠ、CK-MB、SCr、BUN水平降低且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液用于冠心病合并透析患者价值较高。
Objective This paper aims to explore the protective effect of Shenfu injection on myocardial function and renal function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with dialysis.Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease combined with dialysis were randomly divided into observation group(Shenfu injection,n=34)and control group(routine treatment,n=34).The levels of cTnⅠ,CK-MB,SCr and BUN were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of cTnⅠ,CK-MB,SCr and BUN in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection has high value in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with dialysis.
