摘要
目的探讨分级护理联合远红外线照射应用在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)血液透析患者中对其内瘘功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院接收的70例CRF血液透析患者,以随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各35例。两组均接受常规护理,在此基础上,对照组实施分级护理,观察组实施远红外线照射联合分级护理,均护理3个月。比较护理3个月时,两组内瘘震颤感情况及内瘘成熟度情况;比较护理期间两组内瘘多普勒超声检测结果。结果护理3个月,观察组内瘘震颤感失功率低于对照组,成熟度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理期间,观察组内瘘多普勒超声检测斑块、血栓及血流量异常总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分级护理联合远红外线照射应用于CRF血液透析患者中,可以降低内瘘失功率,提高内瘘成熟度,从而减少内瘘异常情况的发生。
Objective:To explore the effect of graded nursing combined with far-infrared radiation on its internal fistula function in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:A total of 70 CRF hemodialysis patients accepted by the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,which were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups received routine nursing.On this basis,the control group was given graded nursing,and the observation group was given far-infrared radiation combined graded nursing,both of which were given 3 months of nursing.The tremor of internal fistula and the maturity of internal fistula were compared between the two groups during 3 months of nursing;the Doppler ultrasound test results of internal fistula between the two groups during the nursing period were compared.Results:After 3 months of nursing,the power loss of fistula tremor in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the maturity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);during the nursing period,the observation group's fistula Doppler ultrasound detected plaque,thrombus and blood flow.The total incidence of abnormalities was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of graded nursing combined with far-infrared radiation in CRF hemodialysis patients can reduce the power loss of the internal fistula,improve the maturity of the internal fistula,and reduce the occurrence of abnormalities of the internal fistula.
