摘要
以四氢呋喃二醇作聚氨酯弹性体软段,TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)或MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)作硬段,MOCA或DBO作扩链剂,制备了聚氨酯弹性体材料;研究了一种多元醇分别与两种异氰酸酯及扩链剂配合对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,选用四氢呋喃二醇/TDI/MOCA配合,采用模压硫化工艺制备了盾构掘进机用聚氨酯弹性体铰接大直径密封件,其产品质量及使用寿命得到实际多方验证,可顺利完成相关盾构推进作业。
The polyurethane elastomer materials were prepared by using tetrahydrofuran glycol as soft segment,TDI(toluene diisocyanate)or MDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate)as hard segment,and MOCA or DBO as chain extender of polyurethane elastomer.The effect of a polyol combined with two isocyanates and chain extenders on the properties of polyurethane elastomers were studied.The results showed that the quality and service life of prepared products had been verified by many projects,and the relevant shield propulsion operations could be completed successfully.
