摘要
以FDI影响显著的制造业集聚区72个城市及20个制造行业发展的面板数据为基础,构造FDI前后向嵌入指数,推导及实证研究制造业集聚跨区域生产网络演化机理。研究发现:FDI嵌入促进制造业集聚跨区域上下游产业关联的形成,FDI嵌入后制造业集聚跨区域生产网络演化经历"产业转移承接—跨区域协作—生产性服务业协同"发展的路径。该结论为我国进一步扩大吸收FDI、促进制造业集聚跨区域高质量协作提供了科学佐证和政策启示。
It builts the index of the FDI’s embeddedness of the forward and backward linkage,derives and studies the evolutionary mechanism of the cross-regional production network for manufacturing industry agglomeration empirically by using the panel data of the 72 cities and the 20 manufacturing industries located in the areas of manufacturing industry agglomeration influenced largely by FDI.It finds that:FDI helps to shape the linkage of the upstream and downstream industries;The evolutionary path of the cross-regional production network for the manufacturing industry agglomeration after the embeddedness of FDI includes"industrial transformation,cross-regional cooperation,and productive service industries’coordination".The conclusion helps to afford the scientific evidence and policy implication for attracting the foreign investment on a large scale and promoting the highquality cross-regional collaboration and development of the manufacturing industry agglomeration.
