固溶后冷却方式对Incoloy 800合金组织与性能的影响

摘要 通过电化学测量,结合显微组织观察,研究了固溶处理后冷却方式对Incoloy 800合金力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,合金经1100℃×30 min固溶后,炉冷合金晶界处有连续析出相,空冷合金晶粒尺寸增大,晶界处的析出物减少,水冷后晶界处未出现明显的析出相,深冷合金出现孪晶组织。冷却方式对合金性能有较大影响,炉冷后合金抗拉强度可达到576 MPa,空冷后的合金伸长率可达到50%;随冷却速率增大,合金的耐腐蚀性能提高,深冷处理合金抗腐蚀性能最佳。 The effects of different cooling methods on the mechanical and corrosion properties of Incoloy 800 alloy after solution treatment were investigated by electrochemical measurement and microscope observation.The results indicate that continuous precipitates are generated at the grain boundary of the furnace cooling alloy,which is decreased with increasing in grain size of air-cooling alloy.After water cooling,the absence of obvious precipitates is observed at the grain boundary,while twin structures appear in the cryogenic alloy.The cooling rate has a great influence on the properties of the alloy,where the tensile strength of the alloy after furnace cooling can reach 576 MPa,and elongation of the alloy after air cooling can reach 50%.The corrosion resistance of Incoloy 800 alloy is enhanced with the increase of cooling rate,which reaches the maximum after cryogenic treatment.
