摘要
普惠金融是社会公平和经济社会可持续发展的有力抓手。从全球的发展趋势来看,制定普惠金融发展战略,已经成为一种非常重要的发展模式,旨在对社会金融结构的失衡进行调整,从而建立良好的社会经济结构。近年来,普惠金融对我国国民经济的重要性已日渐彰显,本文拟通过分析美国、欧盟和俄罗斯在普惠金融领域的顶层设计、信贷产品、服务渠道和经营方式等方面的主要模式、突出做法和最新进展,深入探讨发达国家普惠金融实践,给我国带来的相关启示,最终提出对应的对策建议,即进一步完善普惠金融组织体系、积极创新普惠金融产品、扎实推进实施金融消费者教育和权益保护、积极发展数字化普惠金融等。
Inclusive finance is a powerful tool for social equity and sustainable economic and social development.From the perspective of global development trends,the formulation of inclusive financial development strategy has become a very important development model,aiming at adjusting the imbalance of social financial structure,so as to establish a good social and economic structure.In recent years,the importance of inclusive finance to China’s national economy has become increasingly prominent.This paper intends to analyze the main models,outstanding practices and latest developments of the top-level design,credit products,service channels and business modes of the United States,the European Union and Russia in the field of inclusive finance,and deeply explore the relevant enlightenment brought by the practice of inclusive finance in developed countries to China,and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation,That is to further improve the inclusive financial organization system,innovate financial products,effectively protect the rights and interests of financial consumers,and actively develop digital inclusive finance.
