摘要
比赛教学法能够激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的积极性,使学生更好的掌握基本知识和技能,提高竞技能力.比赛教学法在球类运动项目中效果显著.以高校排球选修课为例,设置普通班和强化班,分别采用传统教学法和比赛教学法.通过对比发现:比赛教学法在提高排球基本技术方面效果显著;有助于体育学习能力的培养;在提高竞技能力和技术的熟练程度上有重要的现实意义.最后,细致阐述了比赛教学法在排球选修课中的具体应用.
The competition teaching method can stimulate students’interest in learning,arouse students’enthusiasm,make students better master basic knowledge and skills,and improve their competitive ability.The competition teaching method has a remarkable effect in ball games.Taking the volleyball elective course in colleges and universities as an example,the traditional teaching method and the competition teaching method are adopted respectively in the general class and the intensive class.Through the comparison,it is found that the competition teaching method has a significant effect on improving volleyball basic skills,and it is conducive to the cultivation of sports learning ability and has an important practical significance in improving the competitive ability and technical proficiency.Finally,it is elaborated in detail through the specific application of the match teaching method in volleyball elective course.
