摘要
古代突厥文碑铭中记载了不少突厥政权与北方的拔野古部族征战的史事,而碑铭多次用yir bayïrqu来指称拔野古部族。对于bayïrqu之前的yir,历代学人有不同的解释,有的直接略而不释,有的将其释为"地方",还有的认为其是一种神圣性的称号。通过对突厥语语料以及汉文文献的梳理,可以从中发现该词与突厥汗国第二任可汗科罗可汗汗号之间的密切联系。通过对其汗号的考释,则可以对"yir"一词的词义有一个更为合理的解释。
There’re many historical events about the war between Turk and Bayïrqu recorded in the old Turkic Inscriptions,and the inscriptions called Bayïrqu the Yir Bayïrqu.The Researchers have different explains about the Yir in front of the Bayïrqu,someone ignores it and doesnt give any explanations,someone translates it into’place’,the other regardes it as a sacred title.Through the arrangement of the corpus of Turkic language and Chinese literature,the close connection between the word and the title of Qaγan Keluo,who was the second qaγan of the Turkic Khanate.Through the textual research of the title,it can give a more reasonable explanation about the word Yir.
