摘要
从一头猝死牛的脾脏内分离得到1株细菌,对该菌染色镜检可见其为革兰氏阳性杆菌,呈单个或链状排列。该菌对头孢氨苄、庆大霉素、诺氟沙星等药物敏感。生化检测结果和16S rDNA序列分析表明,该菌株为蜡样芽孢杆菌;经PCR检测该菌含有hbl、nhe、entFM等毒素基因以及看家基因groEL。动物致病性试验结果显示,该菌具有较强的致病性。上述结果表明,该分离菌为致病性蜡样芽孢杆菌。
A strain of bacteria was isolated from the spleen of a sudden death bovine,which was Gram-positive bacilli with single or chain arrangement,and was sensitive to Cefalexin,gentamicin,norfloxacin and so on.The results of biochemical test and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis showed that the strain was Bacillus cereus,and the strain contained toxin genes such as hbl,nhe,entFM,housekeeping gene groEL.The results of animal pathogenicity test showed that the strain had strong pathogenicity.The all results showed that the isolated strain was pathogenic Bacillus cereus.
