摘要
中国第一部禁酒令《酒诰》是记录周公命令被封为卫君的幼弟康叔在卫国禁酒的诰词,也是中国把禁酒作为治国安邦重大施政决策的第一篇官方文献,禁酒的对象主要是官员。以周公为代表的周初执政集团清醒地认识到禁酒对于巩固新生政权至关重要,制定了一系列禁酒条例。同时,又深切地意识到酒在人类情感世界中不可或缺,因此并没有完全禁绝。酒因而被赋予了关乎王朝兴亡、个人命运、粮食供给以及作为祭祀、孝亲、进献必备之物的丰富内涵。周初禁酒充满人文理性,对我国酒文化的形成与发展影响深远,对当今社会依然有着极为重要的借鉴意义。
China’s first liquor prohibition Jiu Gao is a record of the prohibition letters written by Duke of Zhou,the elder brother of Kangshu,who was appointed as Lord Wei.This is also the first official document in China regarding prohibition as a major policy decision to govern the country.The prohibition was mainly aimed at officials.The ruling group in the early Zhou Dynasty,represented by Duke of Zhou,clearly realized the importance of prohibition to consolidate the new political power,and formulated a series of prohibition regulations.Meanwhile,they also realized the indispensable role of liquor in the emotional world of human beings,so it has not been completely prohibited.Therefore,wine was endowed with rich connotations related to the rise and fall of dynasties,personal fate,food supply and a necessary thing for sacrifice,filial piety and offering.The liquor prohibition in the early Zhou dynasty was full of humanistic rationality,which had a profound influence on the formation and development of Chinese drinking culture and was still of great significance for reference in today’s society.
