摘要
近年来,我国土地工程行业迅速发展,对施工安全管理提出了更高的要求。为加强安全管理,有避免安全事故发生,本文针对土地工程施工安全特点,从各单位监管力度、安全管理意识、安全管理措施等对安全事故原因进行分析,并提出完善安全监督和责任机制,增强安全意识,提高安全防护水平,加大施工安全经费投入,建立健全风险评估体制等措施手段加强土地工程施工安全管理的对策。本研究可为我国土地工程施工安全管理提供借鉴。
In recent years,land engineering industry develops rapidly in China,which puts forward to higher requests for construction safety management.In order to strengthen safety management,avoid the occurrence of safety accidents,this paper studied the safety characteristics of land engineering construction.The causes of safety accidents were analyzed from the aspects of supervision of various units,safety management awareness and safety management measures.Forth more,the measures to strengthen the safety management of land engineering construction were proposed,which include improving safety supervision and responsibility mechanism,enhancing safety awareness,improving the level of safety protection,increasing construction safety funding and establishing sound risk assessment systems.The research provides some reference for the construction safety management of land engineering in China.
