摘要
土地资源在社会发展的过程中具有重要地位,土地利用变化在有效推动社会经济发展的同时,也对环境产生了影响。分析土地利用与生态系统服务价值的关系,可以为土地规划和资源可持续利用提供科学依据。鉴于此,文章以安徽省为例,分析研究了2007~2017年间土地利用变化情况,同时建立与生态系统服务价值的空间联系,以期为缓和该地经济发展与生态环境之间的矛盾提供科学依据。研究发现,安徽省在2007~2017年土地利用变化较为显著,且土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值影响较为强烈。生态系统服务价值呈现先增后减的趋势,2007~2012年由于湿地和林地面积有较大幅度增加,生态系统服务总价值增加149.59亿元;2012~2017年由于耕地和湿地面积的减少,导致生态系统服务总价值减少17.46亿元。安徽省的生态压力较为严峻,政府应合理利用土地,协调好经济发展与环境的关系。
Land resources play an important role in the process of social development,land use change has an impact on the environment while effectively promoting social and economic development.Analysis of the relationship between land use and ecosystem service value can provide a scientific basis for land planning and sustainable use of resources.In view of this,the article takes Anhui Province as an example to analyze the land use change from 2007 to 2017,at the same time,establish a spatial connection with the value of ecosystem services,in order to provide a scientific basis for easing the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment.The study found that the land use change in Anhui Province was more significant between from 2007 to 2017,and the impact of land use change on the value of ecosystem services was stronger.The value of ecosystem services is increasing first and then decreasing,from 2007 to 2012,due to the large increase in the area of wetlands and forest land,the total value of ecosystem services increased by 14.957 billion yuan,and the total value of ecosystem services decreased by 1.746 billion yuan from 2012 to 2017 due to the reduction of cultivated land and wetland area.The ecological pressure in Anhui Province is more severe,the government should make rational use of land and coordinate the relationship between economic development and the environment.
