摘要
近年来,我国建筑行业飞速发展,随之而来的是电梯需求的不断增加,电梯轿厢意外移动保护装置是电梯的重要部件之一,用于防止厅门入口人员剪切事故发生。目前,大部分的电梯意外事故均为剪切事故,因此在GB7588—2003的修订中,新增了关于意外保护装置的概念与技术要求,同时TSGT7001—2009《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则——曳引与强制驱动电梯》第2号修改单中增加了轿厢意外移动保护装置的检验要求,鉴于此,文章首先对电梯轿厢意外移动保护装置进行了简要分析,并提出了对该装置进行检验的几个要点,以供参考。
In recent years,the rapid development of our country’s construction industry is followed by the increasing demand for elevators.Achieve Unintended Car Movement Protection is one of the important parts of elevators,which is to prevent people from cutting the entrance of the hall.At present,most elevator accidents are shear accidents.Therefore,in the revision of GB7588-2003,the concept and technical requirements of accident protection devices are added.At the same time,TSGT7001-2009 Amendment No.2 added the inspection requirements for the Achieve Unintended Car Movement Protection in view of this.Firstly,this paper briefly analyzes the Achieve Unintended Car Movement Protection,and puts forward some key points to test the device for reference.
