摘要
2021年中旬笔者在对某化工有限公司进行常规停车定期检验时,发现52道焊缝存在安全状况等级为4级的面型缺陷。由于不具备开展现场消缺的条件,故笔者采用合于使用评价的方法,借助Caesar-Ⅱ分析计算软件对管道进行应力分析,给予正确的评价结果,使其在合法合规状态下运行至下一检验周期。
In the middle of the 2021,during a routine parking inspection of a chemical company,52 welds was found to have surface defects with a safety level of 4.Therefore,the authors used the method of conformity evaluation and Caesar-Ⅱanalysis and calculation software to analyze the stress of pipeline.The correct evaluation results are given to make it run to the next test period under the condition of conformity.
