摘要
深层页岩气地质储量非常丰富,是西南油气田产量持续快速增长的主要区块,针对某采气平台无损检测发现其管道出现不同程度的内部减薄情况,在总结了管道内部减薄特征的基础上,并对减薄严重管段部位进行化学成分、金相组织、扫描电镜及能谱等分析,初步明确了某深层页岩气开采平台内部减薄的主要因素,为页岩气田开采平台管道内部减薄控制提供参考。
The geological reserves of deep shale gas in South Sichuan are very rich,and it is the main block for the sustained and rapid growth of oil and gas field production in Southwest China.In view of the different degrees of internal thinning of the pipeline found in the NDT of the gas production platform,based on the summary and analysis of the internal thinning characteristics of the pipeline of the shale gas production platform,the chemical composition,metallographic structure,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum of the severely thinned pipeline section were analyzed.The main factors of internal thinning of deep shale gas exploration platform in a certain are preliminarily clarified,which provides reference for internal thinning control of shale gas exploration platform pipeline.
