摘要
随着城市的更新和发展,道路交通供需矛盾、城市基础配套设施不足等问题日渐突出。文章以深圳市南山区科苑大道地下空间综合开发项目为例,结合城市更新、地铁车站、综合管廊、路面改造等多个方面同步设计,从城市全局角度考虑地下空间问题,利用众多创新手法进行研究探讨,以实现地下空间与地铁高质量发展。相关经验可为其他类似地下空间综合开发项目提供参考和借鉴。
With the renewal and development of cities,problems such as the contradiction between supply and demand of road traffic and the lack of urban infrastructure have become increasingly prominent.This article takes the underground space comprehensive development project of Keyuan Avenue Nanshan District in Shenzhen as an example.It combined with synchronous designs from multiple aspects including city renovation,metro station,utility tunnel and pavement reconstruction etc.,considers the problem of underground space from the perspective of the overall urban situation,and uses many innovative methods for research and discussion to achieve the high-quality development of underground space and metro,which will provide reference for similar projects of underground space comprehensive development.
