摘要
以张家口军民合用机场改扩建工程为研究背景,对大型航站楼复杂钢结构节点的自动定位装配问题进行了探讨分析,通过参数设计和方案比选,开发设计出一套专门应用于复杂钢结构焊接节点的自动定位装配机,经实验研究表明:该型号自动定位装配机可将人工装配的厘米级误差减小至自动装配的毫米级误差,可有效解决传统手工装配加工周期长、装配误差大、劳动强度大的问题。
Based on the reconstruction and expansion project of Zhangjiakou Airport,the automatic positioning and assembly of complex steel structure joints in large terminal building is analyzed.Through parameter design and scheme comparison,a set of automatic positioning assembly machine specially used for the assembly of welding joints of complex steel structure is developed.Experiments shows that the automatic positioning assembly machine can reduce the centimeter-level error caused by manual assembly to millimeter-level,and can effectively solve the problems of long processing time,large assembly error and high labor intensity of traditional manual assembly.
