摘要
目的比较Constic自粘接流动树脂、FiltekTMSupreme Ultra树脂及Spectrum TPH3树脂三种材料的挠曲强度及压缩强度,为Constic树脂的临床应用提供理论依据。方法制备Constic自粘接流动树脂(A组)、FiltekTM Supreme Ultra树脂(B组)及Spectrum TPH3树脂(C组)试件,使用电子式万能试验机测试三组材料的挠曲强度及压缩强度值。结果A、B、C三组的挠曲强度值分别为101.09±18.18MPa,115.05±19.08MPa,109.94±28.23MPa,三组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。A、B、C三组的压缩强度值分别为287.53±22.99MPa,358.85±32.67MPa,355.72±43.18MPa,A组的压缩强度值显著低于B组和C组,与B、C两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论Constic自粘接流动树脂的挠曲强度值与临床上常用的2种树脂相近;压缩强度虽低于其它2种树脂,但能满足口腔充填材料的要求。
Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin,this study compared the flexural strength and compressive strength of Constic resin,FiltekTMSupreme Ultra resin and Spectrum TPH3 resin.Methods The test specimens of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin(group A),FiltekTM Supreme Ultra resin(group B)and Spectrum TPH3 resin(group C)were prepared successfully and were detected by electronic universal testing machine to examine the flexural strength and compressive strength.Results The flexural strength values of group A,B and C were 101.09±18.18 MPa,115.05±19.08 MPa,109.94±28.23 MPa respectively,and there were no statistical difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The compressive strength values of group A,B and C were 287.53±22.99 MPa,358.85±32.67 MPa,355.72±43.18 MPa,the value of group A was less than group B and C,and there were significant difference comparing with group B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion The flexural strength of Constic self-adhesive flowable resin was similar to the other two resins that had been widely used in clinical.And the compressive strength was slightly lower than the other two resins,it could be applied in clinical.
