摘要
铁路隧道工程正朝着"长大深"方向发展,施工期的高地温问题也随之变得越来越严峻。高地温不仅会增加隧道施工难度、拖延工期从而降低经济效益,还会危及施工人员健康和结构物的安全。文章对铁路隧道高地温成因以及高地温对隧道施工期的影响进行分析调研,总结现有关于高地温隧道施工期降温隔热技术措施的研究与应用情况,得出的结论为:当隧道温度低于45℃时,对于干热岩型隧道,围岩散热是热量的主要来源,通风降温依然是高地温隧道应用最广泛且行之有效的方法;对于湿热型隧道,需要针对高温热水这一重点热源采取堵水或排水的措施。对于温度高于45℃的超高地温隧道,必须辅助以隔绝高温围岩、冰块制冷、洒水喷雾、局部制冷等组合方式进行降温隔热。建议深入研究高地温隧道防水-隔热新型复合式衬砌和高温热水利用技术。
The railway tunnel project is developing in the direction of"long,large and deep",and the problem of high geotemperature during the construction period is becoming more and more serious.High geotemperature will not only increase the difficulty of tunnel construction,delay the construction period and reduce economic benefits,but also endanger the health of construction personnel and the safety of structures.In this paper,the causes of high geotemperature of railway tunnels and the influence of high geotemperature on the construction period of railway tunnels were analyzed and investigated,and the existing researches and application of cooling and heat insulation measures for high geotemperature tunnel during construction were summarized.It is concluded that when the tunnel temperature is lower than 45℃,the surrounding rock heat dissipation is the main source of heat for the dry-hot rock tunnels,and ventilation is still the most widely used and effective method for the high geotemperature tunnel.For the hot and humid tunnels,it is necessary to take water plugging or drainage measures for the key heat source of high temperature,i.e.hot water.For the ultra-high geotemperature tunnel with temperature higher than 45℃,cooling and thermal insulation measures must be carried out with combination of insulating high temperature surrounding rock,ice refrigeration,sprinkling spray,local refrigeration and so on.It is suggested that the new waterproof-thermal insulation composite lining and the utilization technology of hot water should be studied deeply.
