摘要
施工方案的合理选取对于保证隧道结构及地层安全至关重要。文章依托广西南宁轨道3号线青秀山地铁车站工程,针对下部穿越砂泥岩地层的站台层隧道,对三台阶法及CD法两种暗挖隧道施工方法进行了比选研究。研究结果表明:(1)三台阶法相对于CD法,施工速度更快,施工干扰较小;(2)三台阶法施工地表沉降达到50mm,CD法为11mm,CD法控制地表沉降较好,但均满足限值要求的60mm;(3)三台阶法施工二次衬砌压应力达到14MPa,拉应力达到1.98 MPa,CD法压应力为6.68 MPa,拉应力达到1.18 MPa,CD法控制地表沉降较好,但均满足C50混凝土的抗压强度限值32.4 MPa,抗拉强度限值2.64 MPa。综合考虑,在满足地表沉降及保证结构安全的基础上,青秀山地铁车站暗挖隧道宜采用施工速度更快的三台阶法。研究成果可为类似地铁车站暗挖施工提供参考。
Reasonable selection of construction scheme is very important to ensure the safety of tunnel structure and stratum.In the project of Qingxiushan subway station of Guangxi Nanning Rail Line 3,platform-level tunnels are excavated under sand-mudstone stratum.Two tunnel construction methods,namely the three-step method and CD method,are compared.The research results show that:(1)the three-step method has benefits such as a faster construction speed and less construction interference comparing with the CD method;(2)the surface settlement caused by three-step method and CD method is 50 mm and 11 mm,respectively.The CD method can better control the surface settlement,and both of them meet the limit requirement of 60 mm;(3)the three-step method causes a compressive stress of 14 MPa,a tensile stress of 1.98 MPa,and the CD method results in a compressive stress of6.68 MPa,and a tensile stress of 1.18 MPa,satisfying the C50 concrete compressive strength limit of 32.4 MPa and tensile strength limit of 2.64 MPa.As a summary,on the basis of satisfying the requirements for surface settlement and structural safety,the three-step method is adopted as the tunnel excavation method in Qingxiushan subway station.The research results can provide reference for similar underground station construction.
