拱盖法暗挖地铁车站主体与附属结构支护体系转换施工技术研究 被引量:8

Research on Conversion Construction Technology of Main Body and Substructure Interface Support System of Mined Metro Station by Arch Cover Method

摘要 文章以贵阳地铁二号线阳明祠站拱盖法施工为工程背景,针对拱盖法施工下车站主体与附属结构支护体系快速转换施工技术进行研究,通过数值模拟结合现场监测数据,分析主体与附属结构转换过程中支护体系的破坏规律。结果表明:在拱盖单侧开口及两侧开口工况下,其中板与竖向支撑、边墙二次衬砌连接处均出现较大拉应力,单侧开口时最大拉应力为2.04 MPa,两侧开口时为2.31 MPa,可能引起该处二次衬砌开裂从而危及施工安全。计算结果建议,在钢架处至少设置4道横撑,保证钢架整体稳定性;中板与边墙二次衬砌连接处以及中板与竖向支撑连接处需增加配筋,单独验算,避免施工过程开裂。研究成果已在贵阳地铁二号线阳省区间及阳明祠车站施工得到了应用和验证,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 Taking the construction of Yangmingci Station on the No.2 line of Guiyang Metro with the arch-cover method as the engineering background,the rapid conversion construction technology of the main body and auxiliary structure interface support system under the arch-cover method is studied through numerical simulation combined with on-site monitoring data.The failure law of the support system during the conversion process from the main body to the subsidiary structure is analyzed.The results show that under the single-side opening of the arch cover and the two-side opening conditions,the larger tensile stress appears on the joint between the plate and the vertical support and the two linings of the side wall.The maximum tensile stress under the one-side opening is 2.04 MPa,both sides.The maximum tensile stress under the two-side opening is 2.31 MPa,which may cause cracking of the second lining at this location and endanger construction safety.Relying on the calculation results it suggests that at least 4 transverse braces should be set at the steel frame to ensure the overall stability of the steel frame;the connection between the middle plate and the side wall and the connection between the middle plate and the vertical support should be increased,and the reinforcement should be checked separately to avoid cracking induced by construction.The research results have been applied and verified in the construction of Yangsheng running tunnel section and Yangmingci Station of Guiyang Metro Line 2,achieving good economic and social benefits.
