摘要
通过统计杜公岭隧道病害的长期监测数据、测试隧道病害部位的混凝土成分和分析混凝土的侵蚀条件,弄清了杜公岭隧道硫酸盐侵蚀病害的发展规律及形成条件,提出了具有针对性的处治措施。研究结果表明:受工程地质与气候条件的影响,杜公岭隧道的混凝土结构因受到硫酸盐侵蚀而引发结构病害,导致结构的局部失稳与破坏;该类隧道病害的发展呈现出周期长、病害类型多和规模大的特点,其中,隧道病害集中爆发在第3年,最为严重的衬砌结构崩塌病害多发生在5年后;由硫酸盐侵蚀后混凝土结构成分的鉴定结果可知,杜公岭隧道的混凝土病害是一起典型的硫酸盐侵蚀工程案例,侵蚀类型包括碳硫硅钙石型侵蚀和钙矾石型侵蚀,且碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀在隧道工程中十分罕见;根据硫酸盐侵蚀产生的条件,提出了以"阻断CO32-离子,提高混凝土结构抗渗性,减缓外部离子和地下水入渗"为主的技术处治措施。
Through the statistics of long-term monitoring data and the tunnel concrete composition test of diseases of Dugongling tunnel and the analysis of the erosion conditons of concrete,the development law and formation conditions of sulfate erosion diseases of Dugongling tunnel were studied,and the treatment measures were put forward.The results show that:due to the influence of engineering geology and climatic conditions,the concrete structures of Dugongling tunnel is subjected to sulfate erosion,which leads to local structural instability and failure.The development of tunnel disease shows the characters with long period,multiple types of diseases and large scale,among which,the tunnel diseases mainly occured in the third year,and the most serious lining structure collapse diseases occurred in five years.The concrete corrosion of Dugongling tunnel is a typical case of sulfate attack according to the identification results of the concrete composition after sulfate attack,including thaumasite Form of sulfate attack and ettringite form of Sulfate attack,among which the thaumasite form of sulfate attack is very rare in tunnel engineering.Based on the sulfate production conditions,the technical treatment measures were put forward,which mainly include"blocking CO32-,improving the impermeability of concrete structure to slow down the infiltration rate of the external ions and groundwater".
