摘要
轨道交通(地铁)车辆段是车辆停放、检查、整备、运用和修理的重要场所,是整个地铁系统工程必不可少的车辆基地。车辆段建筑设计相对于地铁车站、控制中心等其他组成部分有着更强的综合性,是集工业建筑、民用建筑于一体的综合性项目,尤其是在当前城市土地集约建设的大背景下,车辆基地通常与土地二级开发相结合,采用使公共交通(非汽车化)使用最大化的设计方式,形成以公共交通为导向的住、行一体的城市综合开发项目。此类型综合开发项目设计的重难点之一是对不同使用性质、功能的建筑单体进行限定、组合,采取适当防火设计要求和措施,满足建成后的使用安全性。文章通过对佛山市城市轨道交通2号线林岳车辆段建筑防火设计及措施的分析,以期为其他工程项目的建筑防火设计提供参考。
Rail transit(metro)depot is an important place for vehicle parking,inspection,preparation,use and repair,as well as an essential vehicle base for the entire subway system.Compared with other components,such as metro stations and control centers,the architectural design of the depot is of a strong integrated nature,as it is a comprehensive project that integrates industrial and civil architectures.Particularly,under the current context of intensive construction of urban land,a vehicle base is usually constructed combining with the secondary development of land,and so a public transportation-oriented,living and moving integrated hopsca is developed by means of using the design method that maximizes the use of public transportation(non-automobile).One of the major challenges in the design of this type of hopsca development project is to confine and assembly different building units with different utilization properties and functions,and to adopt appropriate fire prevention design requirements and measures to meet the requirement for safe use after completion.This paper analyzes the fire prevention design and measures for the construction of the Lingyue depot of Foshan City Rail Transit Line 2,with the objective to provide a reference for the architecture fire prevention design of other projects.
