摘要
城市轨道交通在经济发展较快、人员流动较大的城市中发挥着重要作用,其除了便于人们出行外,还具有带动站点周边经济发展、促进沿线资源发展的作用,但有限的土地资源,如何实现最大化利用,地上、地下立体空间综合一体化开发经营,"资源变资产、资产变资本、资本变资金"就变得越发重要。这对佛山城市轨道交通2号线一期工程的盈利能力提出了严苛要求。为此,文章结合佛山城市轨道交通2号线一期工程的实际和当前附属资源开发的模式与方法,从宏观、定性的角度对其附属资源开发与利用的状况进行了分析,以期为今后在此方面的附属资源开发过程提供一些参考。
In cities with rapid economic development and large personnel flow,urban rail transit plays an important role,which not only facilitates people′s travel,but also promotes the economic development around the stations and the resource development along the line.However,how to archive maximized utilization of limited land resources,integrated development and management of aboveground and underground three-dimensional space,the changing from“resources to assets,assets to capital,capital to funds”has become more and more important.This puts strict demands on the profitability of Foshan Urban Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I Project.In this regard,an analysis is made on the development and utilization of its affiliated resources from a macroscopic and qualitative point of view in combination with the actual situation of Foshan Urban Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I Project as well as the current development mode and method of the affiliated resources.It is hoped that it can provide some corresponding reference for the future development of affiliated resources in similar projects.
