摘要
以某大纵坡特长公路隧道为依托,建立了无上跨式新型排烟道结构火灾三维数值计算模型,从隧道拱顶温度和烟气蔓延距离两个方面分析了不同坡度的隧道采用新型排烟道结构时,不同排烟量下的烟气控制效果。研究结果表明:基于隧道临界风速下,排烟量的改变对于隧道上游的拱顶温度几乎没有影响,而隧道下游的拱顶温度受到排烟量的影响变化较为剧烈;随着排烟量的增大不同坡度隧道内烟气蔓延的距离均在不断缩短;上坡隧道所需的排烟量最大,无坡度隧道次之,下坡隧道所需的排烟量最小,在本工程中具体表现为:上坡隧道最优排烟量为588 m^(3)/s,无坡度隧道为497 m^(3)/s,下坡隧道为452 m^(3)/s。
In this paper,based on a long highway tunnel with large longitudinal slope,a three-dimensional numerical calculation model of a new type of smoke flue structure with no span is established.From two aspects of tunnel vault temperature and smoke spread distance,the smoke control effect under different smoke emission was analyzed when the new type exhaust duct structure was used in the tunnel with different slopes.The results show that under the condition of tunnel critical wind speed,the change of smoke exhaust volume has little effect on the vault temperature in the upstream of tunnel,while the change of the vault temperature in the downstream of tunnel is more severe.With the increase of smoke exhaust volume,the distance of smoke spread in the tunnel is decreasing.The smoke exhaust volume required by the uphill tunnel is the largest,followed by the non-slope tunnel,and the downhill tunnel is the smallest.In this project,the optimal smoke exhaust volume of the uphill tunnel is 588 m^(3)/s,that of the non-slope tunnel is 497 m^(3)/s,and that of the downhill tunnel is 452 m^(3)/s.
