摘要
依托甘肃庆阳榆林子隧道,基于观测到的变形破坏问题,采用三维激光扫描技术对隧道进行追踪量测,发现初期支护存在左右沉降不一致的扭曲变形问题。因此开展榆林子隧道在三台阶七步开挖循环下的数值模拟,分析扭曲变形的发展过程、影响因素及相应特征,并提出左右支护差异化设计和调整开挖步序的处治方案,利用数值模拟方法验证其控制效果。结果表明:隧道整体扭曲偏向右侧,扭曲值呈先快速增加后逐渐稳定的趋势;隧道扭曲主要受含水率、开挖步序及支护措施的影响;左右支护差异化设计在长时间作用后可减小48.2%的扭曲变形,调整开挖步序仅减小8.5%的扭曲变形。
Relying on the Yulinzi Tunnel in Qingyang,Gansu,and based on the observed deformation and failure problems,this paper used 3D laser scanning technology to track and measure the tunnel,and it was found that there was a distortion problem of inconsistent settlement between the left and right sides.Therefore,the numerical simulation of Yulinzi Tunnel under the excavation cycle of Three-bench Seven-step Excavation was carried out,the development process,influencing factors and corresponding characteristics of distortion deformation were analyzed,and treatment plans for differential design of left and right supports and adjustment of excavation steps were proposed.Finally,use numerical simulation method to verify its control effect.Research indicates:The overall twist of the tunnel is inclined to the right,and the twist value increases rapidly at first and then gradually stabilizes;Tunnel distortion is mainly affected by water content,excavation sequence and support measures;The differentiated design of the left and right supports can reduce the distortion by 48.2%after long-term action,and only 8.5%of the distortion can be reduced by adjusting the excavation sequence.
