明挖、矿山法组合施工大断面隧道防排水系统研究 被引量:5

Study on Waterproofing and Drainage System of Large-section Tunnel Constructed by Combined Cut-and-cover and Mining Method

摘要 以明挖、矿山法组合施工大断面隧道的典型案例为背景,旨在探讨大断面矿山法施工隧道防排水和组合工法隧道中全包防水明挖与半包防水矿山法施工的防排水系统接顺。组合工法中大断面矿山法施工隧道在静水压力较大地段,可通过限量排水、半包防水形式将隧道外渗水排入隧道内,减小隧道承受的水压力。防水系统过渡可通过端头墙在矿山法施工侧设变形缝,变形缝与端头墙范围内的矿山法施工段二次衬砌与明挖主体结构同步浇筑,一同浇筑的二次衬砌防水形式调整为全包防水。组合工法隧道排水设计应遵循优先重力流自排、“高水高排,低水低排”的原则,设计中合理利用结构空仓、相邻隧道等有利的工程条件,尽量减少矿山法施工段排水对明挖结构影响,且有效降低了机械排水耗费的能源,降低了隧道运营阶段碳排放。该防排水系统设计可为类似的隧道防排水系统提供参考。 In the context of typical large-section tunnel cases constructed by combined cut-and-cover and mining method,this paper aims to discuss the waterproofing and drainage of the large-section mined tunnel and the connection between waterproofing and drainage systems(fully-sealed waterproofing in cut-and-cover tunnel section and half-sealed waterproofing in mined tunnel section)in tunnels constructed by combined cut-and-cover and mining method.For a large-section mined tunnel section in the tunnel constructed by combined method,with respect to the higher static water pressure,the seepage water can be discharged into the tunnel by means of limited drainage and half-sealed waterproofing,thereby reducing the water pressure borne by the tunnel.As for the transition of the waterproofing system,the deformation joints can be set on the mining tunnel side.The secondary lining of the mined tunnel section within the scope of deformation joints and the end wall is poured synchronously with the main structure of the cut-and-cover tunnel,and the waterproofing system of the synchronously poured secondary lining is adjusted to“fully sealed waterproofing”.The drainage system design of the tunnel constructed by combined method should follow the principles of preferred self-drainage by gravity flow and“high-level water drainage at high-level,low-level water drainage at a low level”.The design should take the favorable conditions such as the empty structural space,the adjacent tunnel structure to minimize the influence of mined tunnel drainage on the cut-and-cover tunnel.This design will effectively reduce the energy consumption of mechanical drainage,thereby saving energy and reducing carbon emissions.This design of the waterproofing and drainage system can provide a reference for similar tunnels.
