摘要
盾构接收洞门外侧维护结构为钢筋格栅喷射混凝土结构,无法提前预留玻璃纤维筋,需要在盾构始发和接收前对洞门钢筋格栅结构进行玻璃纤维筋后置换施工。为解决该施工技术难题,依托北京地铁某盾构接收洞门施工,对洞门土体进行水平注浆加固、打设水平小锚杆拉结固定、加设铝合金龙骨、采用玻璃纤维筋锁扣接头等多项技术措施,并对洞门钢筋格栅结构分块进行玻璃纤维筋替换施工,获得了良好的施工效果,使得盾构顺利接收,可为类似工程提供技术参考和借鉴。
In order to solve the problem that the outer enclosure structure of shield receiving portal is lattice girder and shotcrete structure,and the glass fiber bars can not be reserved in advance,it is necessary to replace the lattice girder structure of the portal with glass fiber bars before the shield would launch and arrive.In view of this,based on a shield receiving portal construction of Beijing subway,it adopts such measures as horizontal grouting reinforcement of soils at the portal,installation of small anchor bolts for connecting and fixing,additional installation of aluminum alloy keel,adoption of lock joint for glass fiber bars,and the lattice girder structure is replaced by glass fiber reinforcement in way of blocks.The technology application is successful and good construction effect is obtained,which makes the shield receiving smoothly,providing technical reference for similar projects in the future.
