摘要
某地铁区间盾构隧道地下区域含锚索结构,影响盾构隧道施工安全。文章介绍了盾构区间的地质情况、锚索布置情况和存在的施工风险,详细阐述了采用旋挖钻切割+三轴搅拌桩拔除法超前处理锚索的技术要点和盾构掘进参数控制要点。实际工程应用效果表明,该处理锚索的方法安全高效,大大缩短了施工周期,降低了工程造价,可为相类似工程提供借鉴。
A shield-driven subway running tunnel section contains underground anchor cable structure,which affects the construction safety of the shield tunnel.This paper introduces the geological condition,anchor cable arrangement and construction risk of shield tunnel,and expounds the technical key points of advanced treatment of anchor cables by rotary drilling and cutting+triaxial mixing pile extraction and the key control points of shield tunnelling parameters.The application results show that the treatment method is safe and efficient,greatly shortens the construction period and reduces the project cost,which can provide reference for similar projects.
