摘要
针对深厚软土区新建道路路基填土荷载可能导致下方顶管隧道变形过大的问题,依托具体工程,设计3种路基填土方案,形成不同的路基填土荷载传递方式,通过数值计算分析3种方案下顶管隧道的整体位移和收敛变形规律。结果表明:(1)3种方案下路基填土荷载对顶管隧道竖向变形的影响大于对水平向变形的影响,方案一所引起的隧道结构位移略微超出控制要求,方案二和方案三下隧道结构变形未超出控制值要求;(2)受路基填土荷载不同传递方式的影响,方案一和方案二下隧道结构呈现“横鸭蛋”变形,方案三下呈“竖鸭蛋”变形,椭圆度分别为4.3‰、1.4‰、0.4‰,不同路基填土方案对隧道收敛变形的影响程度依次为方案一、方案二、方案三。
The road construction in deep soft soil area may lead to the excessive deformation of pipe jacking tunnel..Based on engineering practice,three sets of plans of subgrade filling are designed,forming different loading transmission modes of the surface additional load.Then,the displacement and convergence deformation laws of the pipe jacking tunnel are analyzed through numerical calculation.The results show that:(1)Under the influence of subgrade flling,the vertical deformation of the pipe jacking tunnel is greater than that in the horizontal direction.The displacement of the tunnel structure caused by Plan 1 slightly exceeds the control index,while Plan 2 and Plan 3 does not;(2)Affected by different transmission modes of surface additional load,the convergence of tunnel structure presents“duck egg”deformation,with Plan 1 and Plan 2 exhibiting“horizontal duck egg”deformation and Plan 3 exhibiting“vertical duck egg”deformation,and the tunnel ellipticity is 4.3‰,1.4‰,and 0.4‰,respectively.The impact of different subgrade flling on the tunnel convergence deformation of is in the following order:Plan 1,Plan 2,and Plan 3.
