摘要
语言是沟通交流的载体和工具,不同的语言承载着不同的文化。语用学是一门用来解释和探索翻译过程中文化差异的语言学方法。"茶"起源于中国,是享誉世界的三大饮品之一,具有丰富的文化底蕴和内涵。茶在中英两国的发展和地位的差异,造就了中英语言中"茶"语言表达方式的差异。文章从语用学视角探索中英两国茶文化的差异,从而对中英"茶"语言翻译进行对比分析。
Language is the carrier and tool of communication. Different languages carry different cultures. Pragmatics is a linguistic method used to explain and explore cultural differences in the process of translation."Tea",originated in China,is one of the three world-famous drinks,which has rich cultural heritage and connotation. The differences in the development and status of tea between China and Britain result in the differences in the expression of"tea"language in Chinese and English accordingly. From the perspective of pragmatics,this paper explores the differences between Chinese and English tea culture,and makes a comparative analysis of the translation of Chinese and English "tea"language.
