摘要
为弘扬教育在社会发展中的核心力量,推进教师教育质量保障体系建设,提高师范类专业人才培养质量成为教育发展的主旋律。微格试讲教学是连通教学理论和教学实践的桥梁,也是师范生教师职业技能培养的关键环节。因此,文章基于英语专业的学科特点,针对英语专业师范生微格试讲教学中的现存问题,探讨了"同课异构小组合作式"的微格试讲教学新模式。
In order to carry forward the core force of education in social development,promoting the construction of teacher education quality assurance system and improving the quality of normal professional training has become the main theme of education development.As an important form of practical teaching,micro-teaching is not only a bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice,but also a key link in the cultivation of normal students’professional skills.Therefore,based on the characteristics of English majors,this paper explores the existing problems in micro-teaching training of English normal students and puts forward a new micro-teaching mode of"heterogeneous classes with one topic of group cooperation".
