摘要
《中国英语能力等级量表》是教育部和国家语言文字工作委员会制定出台的英语能力总表。它规定了中国英语学习者和使用者的英语能力等级,描述了个别等级的能力表现特征,因此,《量表》的出台可供英语测试、教学、学习及其他参考。
China Standards of English Language Ability is formulated by Ministry of Education and State Language Commission of the People’s Repbulic of China.It defines the levels of English ability of Chinese learners and users of English,and describes the features of their English language ability at each CSE level.The CSE is applicable to English assessment,and can be also served as a yardstick for English learning and teaching.
