摘要
随着信息时代的到来,科技的进步为各类学科的教学模式带来翻天覆地的改变。其中,MOOC和SPOC作为信息化时代的产物,与翻转课堂结合后,能够彻底改变酒店英语的教学模式,进而帮助学生顺利提高成绩。基于此,文章通过对MOOC和SPOC的教学特点及作用进行阐述,分析酒店英语教学所面临的问题,最终基于MOOC和SPOC,为酒店英语翻转课堂教学提供具有可行性的策略,以期显著提升酒店英语的教学水准。
With the advent of the information age,the progress of science and technology has brought earth-shaking changes to the teaching mode of various disciplines.Among them,MOOC and SPOC,as the products of the information age,combined with flipped classroom,can completely change the teaching mode of hotel English and help students improve their grades smoothly.Based on this,this paper expounds the teaching characteristics and functions of MOOC and SPOC,analyzes the problems faced by hotel English teaching,and finally provides feasible strategies for hotel English flipping classroom teaching based on MOOC and SPOC,in order to significantly improve the teaching level of hotel English.
