摘要
目的:分析16排螺旋CT扫描在患者胸腹部进行闭合性创伤诊断的临床价值;方法:以医院2017年7月至2019年收治的450例胸腹部闭合性创伤患者为临床诊断对象,根据入院时间先后顺序将全部患者分别纳入对照组(n=220)与观察组(n=230),其中,对照组患者采用常规的X线和B超检查,观察组采用16排螺旋CT扫描,比较两种方式的诊断正确率、成像后质量评分以及应用满意率。结果:①观察组各项对应损伤类型检测正确率(94.44%、95.65%、100.00%、96.67%、97.67、95.24%)均高于对照组(73.68%、74.42%、83.33%、70.37%、77.50%、70.00%)。②两组Ⅰ~Ⅲ级图像成像质量评分对比,观察组均优于对照组。③两组的检测满意率比较,观察组(97.83%)明显高于对照组(84.09%)。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胸腹部闭合性创伤患者采用16排螺旋CT扫描方式进行损伤检查,其检测结果明显优于传统的X线和B超检测,诊断率更高,可为诊断提供更加精确的参考,提高治疗效率,临床应用价值更高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of 16-row spiral CT scan in diagnosis of closed trauma of chest and abdomen. Methods:450 patients with closed trauma of chest and abdomen treated from July 2017 to 2019 were included in the control group(n =220) and the observation group(n =230). Reesults:1 The corresponding items in the observation group. The correct rate of injury type detection(94.44%, 95.65%, 100.00%, 96.67%, 9767%, 95.24%) was higher than that of the control group(73.68%, 74.42%, 83.33%, 70.37%, 77.50%, 70.00%). 2 the imaging quality scores of grade Ⅰ~Ⅲ images in the observation group were better than those in the control group. 3 the satisfactory rate of the two groups was better than that in the control group. The observation group(97.83%) was significantly higher than the control group(84.09%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Discussion: on closed trauma of chest and abdomen the results of 16-slice spiral CT scanning were obviously better than those of traditional X-ray and B-ultrasound, and the diagnosis rate was higher, which could provide more accurate reference for diagnosis, improve treatment efficiency and have higher clinical application value.
