超低剂量胸部CT扫描在疑似新型冠状病毒感染患者筛查中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨超低剂量胸部CT扫描在疑似新型冠状病毒感染患者筛查中的应用的可行性。方法:将160例拟行胸部CT扫描的疑似新型冠状病毒感染患者随机分为两组,即常规剂量组及低剂量组,每组80例。常规剂量组作为对照组,其主要的参数包括管电压、管电流、转速、螺距,分别为:120kV、自动毫安秒(Eff.mAs=150)、0.6s/rot、0.813。低剂量组作为实验组,其主要的参数包括管电压、管电流、转速、螺距,分别为:100kV、自动毫安秒(Eff.mAs=50)、0.35s/rot、1.388。比较两组扫描方案的结果。结果:对照组所得图像质量主观评分为4.43±0.46分,实验组所得图像质量主观评分为4.25±0.48分,两组图像质量主观评分结果差距无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组辐射剂量为1.8±1.28 mGy,对照组辐射剂量为6.5±1.34 mGy,两组辐射剂量差距明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组较对比量组辐射剂量降低72.01%。结论:超低剂量胸部CT扫描在保证CT图像质量的同时能有效降低患者受到的CT辐射剂量,可以在疑似新型冠状病毒感染患者筛查中广泛应用。 Purpose: The objective of this study was to explore the feasibility of ultra-low-dose chest CT scan in screening patients suspected of new coronavirus infection. Materials and methods:160 patients with suspected new coronavirus infection who were to undergochest CT scanswere randomly divided into two groups: conventional-dose group and low dose group, with 80 cases in each group. The conventional dose group was the control group, andthe scanning parameters were: the tube voltage was 120 kv, the tube current was automatic milliampere second(Eff. MAs =150), the rotating speed was 0.6 s/rot, and the pitch was 0.813. The low dose group was the experimental group, and the scanning parameters were as follows: the tube voltage was 100 kV, the tube current was automatic milliampere second(Eff. MAs =50), the rotating speed was 0.35 s/rot, and the pitch was 1.388. The results of the two scanning schemes were compared.Results: The subjective scores of image quality in the control group and the experimental group were 4.43±0.46 and 4.25±0.48, respectively, with no significant difference(P>0.05);the radiation dose in the experimental group was 1.8±1.28, significantly lower than that in the control group(6.5±1.34), with a significant difference(P<0.05), and the radiation dose in the low dose group was 72.01% lower than that in the conventional-dose group.Conclusion: Ultra-low-dose chest CT scans can effectively reduce the CT radiation dose to patients while ensuring the quality of CT images, and can be widely used in screening patients with suspected new coronavirus infection.
