摘要
近年来,我国婴幼儿食物过敏症发生率逐年增高,对婴幼儿健康和生长发育造成极大影响,现阶段已成为世界性的公共健康问题。许多研究均显示,人体的肠道菌群与食物过敏有关,肠道菌群的数量和多样性会受外界环境因素影响而发生变化,引起机体对一些正常抗原的免疫耐受性下降,从而出现过敏反应。本文就食物过敏与正常婴幼儿的肠道微生物之间的差异作一综述,阐述了肠道微生物对肠道细胞功能、调节屏障保护特性、产生信号分子进行免疫调节、促进和维持口服耐受等方面的作用,并对益生菌在食物过敏中的作用进行简要总结,如下所示。
In recent years,the incidence of infant food allergy in China has increased year by year,which has had a great impact on the health,growth and development of infants and young children.At present,it has become a worldwide public health problem.Many studies have shown that the intestinal flora of the human body is related to food allergies,and the number and diversity of the intestinal flora will be affected by external environmental factors,causing the body’s immune tolerance to some normal antigens to decline,resulting in allergic reactions.This paper summarizes the differences between the intestinal microorganisms of food allergy and normal infants,expounds the intestinal cell function,regulating barrier protection characteristics,produce signaling molecules for immune regulation,promote and maintain the role of oral tolerance,and briefly summarizes the role of probiotics in food allergy,as shown below.
