摘要
目的探讨介入机械取栓联合盐酸替罗非班治疗急性颅内动脉栓塞患者的临床疗效。方法选取中山市小榄人民医院2016年5月至2019年1月诊治的62例急性颅内动脉栓塞患者,按照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组给予机械取栓治疗和研究组给予机械取栓联合盐酸替罗非班治疗,各31例。比较两组患者的格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评分、不良反应发生率、临床疗效及治疗后血压水平进行对比分析。结果治疗后,研究组GOS评分高于对照组,不良反应发生率9.68%(3/31)低于对照组38.71%(12/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组住院时间短于对照组,偏瘫情况评分高于对照组,梗塞面积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血压情况比较,差异无统计学意义。结论介入机械取栓联合盐酸替罗非班治疗急性颅内动脉栓塞临床疗效显著,适合推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional mechanical thrombectomy combined with tirofiban hydrochloride in the treatment of acute intracranial arterial embolism.Method 62 patients with acute intracranial arterial embolism treated in Xiaolan People’s Hospital of Zhongshan City from May 2016 to January 2019 were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods.31 patients in each group were treated with mechanical thrombectomy combined with tirofiban hydrochloride.The glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score,incidence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy and blood pressure level after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the GOS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.68%(3/31)lower than that of the control group 38.71%(12/31),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the score of hemiplegia was higher than that of the control group,and the infarct area was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion Interventional mechanical thrombectomy combined with tirofiban hydrochloride in the treatment of acute intracranial arterial embolism has a significant clinical effect and is suitable for popularization.
