摘要
目的探讨下肢顺行深静脉造影对静脉曲张患肢术前检查的临床意义。方法选取2019年1~12月解放军第970医院收治281例以下肢静脉曲张为首发症状就诊的患者,根据深静脉是否通畅将其分为单纯性下肢静脉曲张和继发性下肢静脉曲张。结果单纯性下肢静脉曲张占95.02%(267/281);继发性下肢静脉曲张占4.98%(14/281),其中左髂静脉压迫综合征占3.91%(11/281),下肢深静脉血栓后遗症占1.07%(3/281)。结论下肢顺行深静脉造影可准确区分静脉曲张的类型,为准确诊疗提供指导。
Objective To explore the significance of antegrade deep venography of lower extremities for preoperative examination of varicose veins.Method From January 2019 to December 2019,281 patients admitted with lower extremity varicose veins as the first symptom in 970 Hospital of the PLA underwent antegrade deep vein venography.According to whether the deep veins were unobstructed,they were divided into simple lower extremity varices and secondary varicose veins of the lower extremities.Result Simple varicose veins of lower extremities accounted for 95.02%(267/281);secondary varicose veins of lower extremities accounted for 4.98%(14/281),of which left iliac vein compression syndrome accounted for 3.91%(11/281),and post-thrombotic syndrome accounted for 1.07%(3/281).Conclusion The antegrade deep venography of the lower extremities can accurately distinguish the types of varicose veins and provide guidance for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
