摘要
目的探讨环激光联合泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017-08至2020-01北大医疗鲁中医院收治环激光联合泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张201例。观察并记录患者手术治疗情况和随访信息。结果患者手术成功率100%,术后均疗效满意。手术时间:单侧肢体(50.79±7.55)min,双侧肢体(68.25±8.57)min;术中出血量(6.23±3.11)ml;住院(5.40±1.33)d。242支肢体共65条发生术后相关并发症:14.5%下肢皮肤感觉异常,8.7%下肢皮肤淤斑,3.3%局部二次注入硬化剂,0.4%下肢静脉曲张复发;复查显示大隐静脉局部再通1例,给予二次手术闭合,术后效果满意。结论环激光联合泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张效果确切,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ring laser combined with foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of varicose of great saphenous vein.Method 201 cases of varicose of great saphenous vein were treated by ring laser combined with foam sclerosing agent from 2017-08 to 2020-01 in PKU Care Luzhong Hospital.The operation and followup information were observed and recorded.Result The success rate of operation was 100%,and the curative effect was satisfactory.Operation time:unilateral limb(50.79±7.55)min;bilateral limb(68.25±8.57)min;intraoperative blood loss(6.23±3.11)ml;hospitalization(5.40±1.33)d.Postoperative complications occurred in 65 limbs of 242 limbs,including 14.5%abnormal skin sensation,8.7%skin ecchymosis,3.3%local secondary injection of sclerosing agent,and 0.4%recurrence of varicose veins of lower limbs.Reexamination showed that 1 case of local recanalization of great saphenous vein was given secondary operation closure,and the postoperative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Ring laser combined with foam sclerosing agent is effective and safe in the treatment of varicose of great saphenous vein.
