摘要
抑郁是当前危害人类身心健康的重要公共卫生问题,全球约有3.5亿抑郁患者,我国约有9500万,并呈不断上升趋势,新冠疫情流行导致全球抑郁问题更加凸显。抑郁也是影响我国大学生身心健康的主要心理问题之一。认知行为疗法是大学生抑郁干预的主要心理治疗方法,本文通过对认知行为疗法干预大学生抑郁的研究进展进行分析,为进一步提升大学生抑郁干预的科学性和有效性提供参考。
Depression is an important public health problem that endangers human physical and mental health.There are about 350 million people in the world suffering from depression,and about 95 million in China,and it is on the rise.The global depression problem has become more prominent due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Depression is also one of the major psychological problems that affect the physical and mental health of Chinese college students.In recent years,cognitive behavioral therapy has been the main psychotherapy method for depression intervention in college students.This review analyzes the research progress of cognitive behavioral therapy intervention for depression of college students,in order to provide references for further improving the scientific nature and effectiveness of depression intervention for college students.
