摘要
目的观察流体悬浮床在中毒性表皮坏死松解症护理中的应用效果及价值。方法对2015年1月至2018年1月在福建省泉州市皮肤病防治医院应用流体悬浮床治疗的17例患者进行护理干预,分析其护理结果。结果17例患者均治愈,治愈率100%,未出现护理并发症。结论中毒性表皮坏死松解症护理中应用流体悬浮床,可有效缓解患者的症状,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect and value of fluid suspension bed in the treatment of toxic epidermal necrolysis.Methods 17 patients who were treated with fluid suspension bed in Quanzhou Dermatology Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2015 to January 2018 were treated with nursing intervention and their nursing results were analyzed.Results All the 17 patients were cured,and the cure rate was 100%.No complications occurred in the treatment.Conclusions The application of fluid suspension bed in the treatment of toxic epidermal necrolysis can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and fully improve the satisfaction of patients.
