摘要
目的探讨如何有效运用磁性理念的管理模式提高护理工作专业能力,讨论磁性工作环境与护理工作满意度相关性研究分析。方法146名手术室护士参与问卷调查,应用相关的统计方法对数据进行处理统计分析。结果磁性工作环境和护理工作满意度评价总分分别为92.53±16.51、121.61±28.18,护理人员用工形式、学历、能级及是否接受过专科培训对护士的工作满意度的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术室护士对护理工作环境各维度的评价和护士工作满意度之间存在正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理人员在磁性理念管理模式的工作环境中,专业知识内涵不断提升,工作质量标准不断提高,团队学习氛围吸引人才。护理管理者运用相应的管理措施,建立一个良好的工作环境,有利于提高临床护理质量,降低护理人员的流失率,患者满意度提高,有利于推动医院护理质量的持续改进。
Objective To discuss how to effectively use the management model of magnetic concept to improve nursing professional ability,and to analyze the correlation between magnetic working environment and satisfaction with nursing job.Methods 146 nurses from operating room participated in a questionnaire survey,and relevant statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Results The total scores of magnetic working environment and satisfaction degree with nursing job were 92.53±16.51 and 121.61±28.18,respectively.The employment style,education background,ability and whether or not they received specialized training had statistically significant effects on satisfaction degree of nurses’job(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the evaluation of various dimensions about nursing work environment and job satisfaction of nurses(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion In the magnetic concept management mode,nurses have continuously improved the professional knowledge,continuously improved work quality standards.And the team learning atmosphere can attract more talents.Nursing managers use corresponding management measures to establish a good working environment,which is conducive to improving the quality of clinical care,reduces the turnover rate of nursing staff,increases patient satisfaction,and promotes the continuous improvement of hospital care quality.
