摘要
目的了解本校大一新生的专业认知情况,为本校的招生宣传、专业认知教育及职业规划课程的设计提供指导。方法以问卷调查的形式搜集学生的基本信息、专业选择情况、专业的满意度及未来规划状况,用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计学分析。结果1.本校2019级新生的专业认知水平普遍较低,且受到家庭医学背景及父母文化程度的影响;不同专业之间的认知程度相比,临床医学专业的新生专业认知程度最高,其他专业之间无差异(P>0.05);对选择医学院校专业的原因进行统计,各项原因之间存在差异(P<0.05),其中学生的个人兴趣占主要因素;入学方式方面,所学专业与高考填报为第一志愿成正比;在少数民族的教育方式中,民考汉学生的专业认知程度最高。2.关于新生入学后的转专业意向及对未来的职业规划分析发现,学生的转专业意向与对专业的满意度、喜欢程度及在高考志愿中所处位置有关。结论本校医学专业新生专业认知度较低,建议在今后招生过程中加强专业宣传,早期开展专业认知教育,重视班主任辅导员的素养,将专业认知教育和职业规划指导服务纳入日常管理工作中。
Objective To understand the professional cognition of freshmen in Xinjiang Medical University,and to provide guidance for enrollment publicity,professional cognition education and the design of vocational planning courses.Methods The basic information,major,satisfaction about major and future planning of the students were collected in the form of questionnaire.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 1.The professional cognition level of 2019 freshmen in our university was generally low,and was affected by family medical background and parents’education level.Compared with different major,the professional cognition level of freshmen in clinical medicine is the highest,but there were no differences between other major(P>0.05).The reasons for choosing medical college were statistically different(P<0.05),in which the personal interest of students is the main factor;in terms of enrollment mode,the major learned is in direct proportion to the first volunteer reported in the college entrance examination.In the education mode of ethnic minorities,the professional cognitive level of the students who take the examination with Han ethnic group was the highest.2.According to the analysis of freshmen’s intention to change majors and their future career planning,it was found that students’intention to change majors is related to their satisfaction about their major,their interest and school record in college entrance examination.Conclusion The professional cognition of medical freshmen in our university is relatively low.It is suggested that in the future enrollment process,we should strengthen professional publicity,carry out professional cognitive education in the early stage,pay attention to the quality of the head teacher and counselor,and integrate professional cognitive education and vocational planning guidance service into daily management.
