摘要
目的本研究通过染色分析观察K3和K3XF预备不同弯曲程度根管所产生牙本质微裂之间的差异。方法挑选恒牙分为3个组(轻度弯曲组10-19°,中度弯曲组20-29°,重度弯曲组30-39°),每组20颗。每组样本随机使用K3或者K3XF镍钛机械锉进行根管预备,每亚组10颗。预备后对所有根管进行染色,并使用慢速切割技术,在其最弯曲处、最弯曲处上和下2 mm进行切割并打磨抛光。使用体视显微镜放大60倍观察所有样本,记录样本牙本质微裂的形成并进行卡方检验。结果K3组和K3XF在预备根管时对牙本质微裂形成的作用没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论K3和K3XF在根管预备中对牙本质微裂形成的影响没有差别,使用K3XF不会降低根管预备后牙根纵裂发生的风险。
Objective To compare the incidence of dentinal microcracks produced by K3 and K3XF file systems during root canal procedures in different curved canals using a dyeing technique in this study.Methods 60 extracted human molars were divided into 3groups of 20 samples in terms of root curvature(mild bending group:10~19°,moderate bending group:20~29°,severe bending group:30~39°).K3 or K3XF nitinol mechanical files were randomly used for root canal preparation in each group,with 10 samples in each subgroup.After preparation,all root canals were stained,sectioned and polish at the most curved plane and 2-mm below and above the most curved plane with a low-speed cutting technique.A stereomicroscope was used to inspect dentinal micro-cracks at 60x magnification.The formation of dentin micro cleft was recorded and chi-square test was performed.Results The effect of K3 and K3XF group on dentin micro fissure formation in root canal preparation was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no difference between K3 and K3XF in the influence of dentin micro fissure formation during root canal preparation.The use of K3XF will not reduce the risk of longitudinal root fissure after root canal preparation.
