摘要
目的探究幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染与超重/肥胖之间的相关性。方法选取2019年6月-2020年5月在本院体检中心接受14C-尿素呼气试验的健康体检者2021例,分H.pylori阳性组(n=842)和阴性组(n=1179),并收集性别、年龄、身高、体重、体质量指数(BMI)、呼气试验检测值(DPM)。结果2021例受检者中,男性1103例,女性918例,年龄(42.24±11.29)岁,H.pylori阳性率41.7%,其中H.pylori阳性组BMI(25.23±2.53)kg/m^(2),显著高于H.pylori阴性组BMI(21.95±2.37)kg/m^(2)(t=29.84,P<0.05,95%CI:3.070-0.350);DPM值与BMI呈正相关(R^(2)=0.327,P<0.05);肥胖/超重组H.pylori阳性率30.9%,明显高于消瘦/体重正常组H.pylori阳性率10.8%(χ^(2)=648.84,P<0.05,OR=13.47,95%CI:10.839-16.667)。结论H.pylori感染与超重/肥胖之间可能是一种双向促进的关系。
Objective To explore the correlation between Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection and obesity/overweight.Methods A total of 2021 healthy patients who underwent 14C-urea breath test at the Physical Examination Center of our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected.They were divided into H.pylori positive group(n=842)and negative group(n=1179),then collect gender,age,height,weight,body mass index(BMI),and breath test detection value.Results Among the 2021 subjects,1103 were males and 918 were females,mean age was(42.24±11.29)years.The positive rate of H.pylori was 41.7%.Among them,the BMI of the H.pylori positive group was(25.23±2.53)kg/m^(2) significantly higher than the BMI of H.pylori negative group(21.95±2.37)kg/m^(2)(t=29.84,P<0.05,95%CI:3.070-0.350);DPM value was positively correlated with BMI(R^(2)=0.327,P<0.05);The H.pylori positive rate(30.9%)of obesity/overweight was significantly higher than the positive rate(10.8%)of H.pylori in the wasting/normal weight group(χ^(2)=648.84,P<0.05,OR=13.47,95%CI:10.839-16.667).Conclusion The correlation between H.pylori infection and obesity/overweight may be a two-way promotion.
