石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法直接测定膏霜类化妆品中镉的含量 被引量:2

Determination of the Content of Cadmium in Cream Cosmetics by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 建立了一种石墨炉原子吸收分光光度(GFAAS)法直接测定膏霜类化妆品中镉元素含量的方法。利用GFAAS测定中国食品药品检定研究院能力验证化妆品中镉元素含量,并与电感耦合-等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定结果作对比。结果发现,GFAAS中,镉含量在0~5μg/kg范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.0373x+0.0022(r=0.9998),平均回收率为92.8%,测定结果与ICP-MS方法结果一致,且能力验证结果满意。GFAAS简单、准确、快速、灵敏,样品无需浸提或消解,可直接用于膏霜类化妆品中镉元素的含量测定。 A graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry(GFAAS)method for the determination of the content of cadmium in cream cosmetics directly was established.The content of cadmium in cream cosmetics provided in capability verification by the China Institute for Food and Drug Control was determined by GFAAS.The test results were compared with the results of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The method of GFAAS had an good linear relationship within the range of 0-5μg/kg for cadmium,and the linear equation was y=0.0373 x+0.0022(r=0.9998).The average recovery of the method was 92.8%.The measurement results were consistent with that of the ICP-MS method,and the proficiency verification results were satisfactory.Therefore,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry is simple,accurate,fast,and sensitive.The sample does not need to be extracted or digested,and this methed can be directly used for the determination of cadmium in cream cosmetics.
